Happy Monday! Today I have a review of the Lorac Pro 2! If you've been reading my blog for a while, you know that my all time favorite is the 1st Pro palette. It's just perfect. It has so many amazing colors and offers matte and shimmer shades. I love it. So, when I found out they were coming out with a Pro 2 palette, I knew it would be mine. I'm so excited about this product!!
This new palette has the same packaging as the first - slim and sleek. It feels sort of rubbery, like the NARS packaging. This one also comes with a deluxe sample size of the Behind the Scenes eye primer. I love this primer! It's amazing for those of you who have oily lids. It really does prolong the wear of your shadows. This stuff will last you forever too. I still have a ton left in my first tube that I got over a year ago.
Look at those colors!!! Soooo beautiful! This collection of shadows is definitely cooler in tone than the first. I believe these colors are a perfect sequel to the Pro 1.
If you thought there were any colors missing from the first palette... well, here they are!
Swatches of the top row from left-right: Buff; Lt. Brown; Cool Gray; Nectar; Plum; Navy; Charcoal; Black. These shadows are insanely pigmented. Super soft and buttery... exactly what you want in a matte shade. They go on smooth and blend beautifully.

Swatches of the bottom row from left-right: Snow; Beige; Rose; Mocha; Chrome; Silver; Jade; Cocoa. Again, these are super soft and creamy. They are shimmery, but not glittery. These do have a bit of fall-out. Especially "Jade." But if you pat these shadows on rather than swipe them, you'll have less fall out. They're still beautiful and blend very well!
I actually wore quite a few of these shadows today so I could give a review on the longevity. I am happy to say that they wore very well. I used the Behind the Scenes eye primer before I applied them. I still have my makeup on as I type, and the colors have faded a bit, but I have no creasing!
Overall, I'm in love with this palette. It's the perfect sequel. I know I'll use this just as much as I use the original. I highly recommend this, especially if you like cool-toned shadows. I can't say enough good things about this product and I can't wait to play with it some more. I will have a tutorial up soon using this palette, so stay tuned!!
