Orange/Gray Look

Hey everyone! Today's post is a tutorial on this orangey-gray eye look. When I was thinking of posts I wanted to do for you all, I remembered one of my first posts mentioned the Anastasia Beverly Hills Lavish Palette. Then I realized I hadn't done a full look using it yet. Come on Tabitha... get it together! Haha, anyway, I absolutely LOVE this palette. And now you can see it in action too! So, let's get started. All tips will be in the captions underneath each photo. Enjoy!

Looking a bit odd...

First, I primed my face using Benefit's The POREfessional.

Next, I used the Revlon 24hr Colorstay foundation in the color "250 Fresh Beige."

Foundation done! And no, I did not pop my collar on purpose, haha.

Before applying eye shadow, I primed my eyes with the Lorac Behind The Scenes eye primer.

Here is my pride and joy. The Anastasia Beverly Hills Lavish Palette. Can you tell I like her products?

To begin, I took "Cream" and applied it all over the eye - from lash line to brow bone.

Next, I took "Orange Soda" and blended it right into the crease as the transition shade.

Like so.

Next I took "Antique" and applied it all over the lid, but kept it under the crease.

You should now have something like this.

Then I took my favorite color in the whole palette, "Sienna," and swept that into the crease.

Like so.

To blend out all the harsh lines, I went back to "Orange Soda" and blended that into the upper crease.

Moving on to eye liner, I used the L'Oreal Carbon Black Lineur Intense Felt Tip liquid eyeliner and created a thin line with a small wing on each eye.

Like so.
Moving back to the face, I used the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind concealer in the color "Light."

Like normal, I applied that in a triangle shape underneath the eyes, around the nose and on the chin.

To set the face, I used the Rimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder in the color "Transparent."

For contouring, I used the NYX bronzer in the color "Medium."

Love the look of contouring.

For blush I used the Milani Baked Blush in the color "Luminoso."

To fill in the brows I used the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in the color "Medium Ash."

After filling in the brows, I went back to the Lavish Palette and smoked out the lower lash line in using the color "Sienna."

Like so.

Lower lash line smoked! Looks a little harsh without mascara.

Then I highlighted the inner corners of the eye, as well as the brow bone using the color "Cream."

For mascara I used the Jordana Best Lash Extreme Volumizing mascara.
And finally, for lips I used the NYX Butter Gloss in the color "Creme Brulee." Seriously can't get enough of these glosses.

And here's the final look!

Hope you all enjoyed that tutorial! I loooooove using this palette, so I'm not sure why it hasn't been used in more tutorials before now. I'm sure you all will be seeing a lot more of it in the future! If you have any questions or comments, please let me know below, or on my Facebook page "Beautymark." Thank you all SO much for reading, and I will see you soon!

                                      XOXO - Tabitha
